and Agreement
When
dealing with Piedmont Gold Exchange, the “Buyer”,
you the “Seller” agrees to the following
terms and conditions:
When selling your gold, silver, platinum, diamonds,
watches or any other precious metals (property), Piedmont
Gold Exchange states, and you agree to the following:
1. You are the full age and over twenty-one (21) years
of age.
2. When you send us your property, you will insure the
package for its full value. If it is stolen or lost
before it arrives to Piedmont Gold Exchange, you are
responsible for making a claim against the shipper (i.e.
FedEx, United States Postal Service, United Parcel Service,
common courier or whomever you so chose to ship your
property and NOT against Piedmont Gold Exchange.
3. You are the owner of any property that you send or
bring to us, and you are not acting on behalf of anyone
else.
4. Once the value of the property that you send us is
determined, a check will be sent to the address that
you provided us for that value. Once you cash the check
the property becomes that of Piedmont Gold Exchange.
If you do not agree with the amount of the check you
can return the check within seven (7) business days
and your items will be returned. However, if you have
chosen the our Express Processing or Express Delivery
option, all property automatically becomes that of Piedmont
Gold Exchange when the money transaction is complete
or deposited into the seller’s account.
5. Please understand that if we do not receive a written
letter or an e-mail message and/or, our check back within
seven (7) days the material you sent to us will be processed
and become the property of Piedmont Gold Exchange.
Declaration
of Ownership
You agree
and confirm that you are legally entitled to sell the
property and furthermore state that the property is
free of any liens or encumbrances whatsoever.
The
Piedmont Gold Exchange Guarantee
1. After
the value of your property has been determined; if for
any reason you are unsatisfied with the amount you receive,
we will return your product to you as long as we are
notified via written letter or e-mail within seven (7)
days of your order processing.
2. We reserve the right to return your property through
the shipping service of our choice, usually via United
States Postal Service, United Parcel Service or FedEx.
Your property will be insured based on the buying value
we have determined for your property.
3. If for any reason your property is stolen or lost
before it is returned to you a claim will be made against
the shipping service used.
4. The maximum liability of Piedmont Gold Exchange will
be limited to the value placed upon the property that
you have sent to us.
